We currently can only offer the payment via "PAYPAL" option. The option to pay using a debit or credit card will be added to the site within the next 4-6 weeks.


We will also accept cheque payments but this will incur a 7-10 day delivery time scale to allow time for the funds to clear.




Orders will be processed in GBP (sterling) order confirmation will be sent via email. You will receive notification of any out of stock items prior to delivery.


We will not be held responsible for any pricing errors due to human or software malfunctions.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact sales on 07710 347920 prior to delivery. We will not accept any cancellations once the delivery has been dispatched.




Should you decide that you wish to return any item we will accept the return within 14 days from dispatch. We will refund the cost of the item to you once we have checked that it has arrived back safely. No refund will be made for any return postal cost. PLEASE NOTE: we will not accept any part return of a party package only the FULL party package can be returned.
